Patience is a virtue, so the saying goes. But luckily you won’t have to wait long before it’s ready, set, go! on your heart rating!  


After wearing your Fitbit/AppleWatch for a couple of days we should have enough data points to reward you with a preliminary rating – hooray for sneak previews!

(You can also check how many days data has been captured by looking at your detailed heart rate graph - see example below)

Keep up the good work and we’ll be able to give you an honest and reliable rating that you’ll want to take home to meet the parents. 


Remember that we use your resting heart rate as a determinate of heart health – and your resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats AT REST - so wearing your device to bed is a sure-fire way to give us plenty of the data we need to get it right (plus you’ll be able to record sleep data for your HeadUp Sleep rating – it’s a win-win!).
