More data is required
To provide you with an analysis of your sleep, activity, mind and heart health, we require only 1 day of data, but the more data we get the more accurate your rating. Your weight rating can be generated immediately after you enter your measurements in the app.

It's time for a fresh sync
If you’ve been faithfully wearing your device daily but your dashboard is still looking a bit lonely, this may be because we haven't received your data yet. This is easily fixed by performing a fresh sync between your device and its corresponding app, followed by a fresh sync in HeadUp.

Your Fitbit data permissions for HeadUp may have expired
When you created your account, you would have given permission to allow HeadUp access to your health data. The duration of this permission period ranges between 1 day to 1 year. Refreshing this setting will ensure that we have access to analyse your data and keep your account up to date.
