We need only 1 night of sleep data within a 28-day rolling time-window to generate your Sleep rating. The more data we get, the more accurate your sleep rating will be, preferably 14 days.
You can check how many nights of data we have by taking a look at your HeadUp Time Asleep graph, just follow the instructions below.
Step 1. Open HeadUp and select the Sleep category
Step 2. Select 'Time Asleep'
Step 3. View your 30-day graph to see how many entries are displayed.
In the example below you can see that this user has 6 nights of sleep data. Another 8 nights of sleep data is required before we can calculate a HeadUp Sleep rating.
Already have 14 nights of valid sleep data on your graph but still no rating? We'll look into it. Simply contact our support team here and please include:
1. The subject title: Sufficient sleep data on my account but no rating generated
2. Your email address linked to HeadUp so we can identify your account.
2. A screenshot of your HeadUp 30-day Time Asleep graph.
