We accept returns of undamaged items with original packaging within 28 days of ship date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a faulty device, change of mind or incompatibility, you may ship the item back to us:

  • The reason for the return


Step 3. Wait for our reply with return instructions


For defective or damaged devices purchased through the HeadUp Labs e-store a full refund will be credited back. We will also issue a pre-paid return shipping label sent to you via email.


For change of mind or device incompatibility returns, a refund (less the postage and handling cost) will be credited back. Find more out about refunds here.
