The first thing you should check is that you’re wearing your device all the time – including to bed. 


Secondly, make sure you track every single workout. We need access to your exercise minutes as well as your resting heart rate (and a bunch of other things!) to ensure we calculate your rating as accurately as possible. 


The thing is, quite a few different ingredients go into your resting heart rate rating and because each rating is highly personalised, we can’t be certain exactly what makes yours amber-too-low, despite the fact that you exercise a lot. It may have even been a response to one of our surveys!
