Of course! We want to put a spring in your step, be it through dancing, tennis, swimming, cycling, trapeezing, or extreme ironing (look it up, it’s a thing).
If your wearable device tracks this, it’ll automatically be added in. Otherwise, if your device doesn’t track your workout, you can manually enter your workout through the Dashboard section of the app to make sure you get your fair share of steps.
1. Select ‘Activity’, and then choose ‘Manual workout log’.
2. Click on the '+' sign to add your activity.
3. Choose whatever you have done...a walk, pilates, rock climbing...and enter all relevant details.
Our clever data team will convert that into steps, and you’ll be bounding along to your next destination.
