Yes, you can. We now have the option for everyone to add workouts manually. This is super handy for people that love to cycle, swim or do any other activities that might not have been captured before.
Here is how it works:
1.Select ‘Activity’, and then choose ‘Manual workout log’.
2. Click on the ‘+’ sign to add your workout
3. Choose whatever workout you have done (e.g. a bike ride, a walk, pilates, etc.), enter the day and time and at what intensity you were training.
4. Click 'Save'.
Our data scientists will then convert your workout into steps and it will show up in your daily step count.
