We are sorry to hear that you've decided to leave the app. If you want to have your account deleted please contact our team here and make sure you include your linked email address and we'll be in touch with you soon. Once we have received your request your HeadUp account and accompanying data will be permanently deleted within the next five business days.

In the meantime, will you please follow the steps below to ensure you account is successfully deleted:

Step 1. Disconnect your Device (under settings tab)
Step 2. Log out of HeadUp; you must log out of your account before uninstalling
Step 3. Uninstall HeadUp
